Inside the ear, in plain view

Ear complaints are diagnosed by looking inside — something no video call can do. The e-clinic’s digital otoscope puts a lit, high-definition camera in the ear canal and shows the doctor exactly what is there.

The digital otoscope is a 3-in-1 instrument: it inspects the ear canal in high definition, records what it sees, and doubles as a guided ear-cleaning tool. During an examination, the live image lets the doctor assess infections, blockages and anomalies on the spot.

Photos and video captured during the examination build a visual record of the patient’s ear health over time — and because the patient watches the same image, they take part in the finding instead of taking it on faith.

Features

What the device does

High-definition inspection

A detailed view of the ear canal gives the doctor the clarity to identify infections, obstructions and anomalies.

Live during the examination

The doctor watches the ear canal in real time, so assessment and next steps happen on the spot.

Photo and video records

Images captured on the software interface document the ear’s condition and track changes across visits.

Guided earwax removal

An earpick attachment at the tip of the camera lens lets wax removal be directed visually — safer than working blind.

Six adjustable LED lights

Super-bright LEDs with adjustable settings keep the canal properly lit, so images stay clear even in low light.

Connects to what you have

Micro-USB and Type-C support link the otoscope to phones, PCs and Type-C devices.
