Franchise

You open the clinic. We do the rest

The relationship is modelled on established international franchising systems: we support setting the centre up, and we keep supporting it once it is running.

As the franchisor, ClinicWala provides support for both setting up and running the centre. The scale of our operations means the franchisee gets real cost competitiveness — during implementation and afterwards, in day-to-day operations.

Here is what that support actually consists of.

Setting up

Getting the clinic open

Site selection — the do’s and don’ts

The first step of the project and the most crucial. We give you the criteria to judge a site by, because getting this wrong is expensive to undo.

Architecture and interior design

Our in-house design team prepares the layout plan for each centre, working with sites of any size, shape or location.

Project execution and contractors

Standardised construction and engineering materials — flooring, air conditioning, electrical, sanitary fixtures — negotiated with leading suppliers at competitive pricing.

Project financing

We study the local need-and-supply position, prepare a project report, and where you ask for it, help you raise debt financing.

Medical equipment

A recommended equipment list negotiated with leading suppliers, with the best configuration and price, adequate warranty and after-sales cover. You do not have to reinvent the procurement process.

Logistics

The diagnostics division has intra-city and inter-city transport tie-ups and systems already in place.

Running it

Once the doors are open

Selection and training of staff

A structured system for hiring medical, para-medical and administrative staff. We screen key positions and sit on the interview panel, train your administrative and technical staff, and provide refresher training over time.

Centre management software

Our own software covering every medical and non-medical function of the centre, implemented by us or our IT partners — who also train your staff on it.

Marketing and sales support

National-level PR, clinic launch guidelines, advertising templates, direct-mailer guidance, inaugural promotion schemes, and a marketing manual with an institutional plan and corporate proposal templates.

Local sales support

Our marketing executives train your sales staff in promoting the centre, and are involved in product and pricing strategy and pre-launch activity.

Quality training and monitoring

Periodic medical and service-quality audits, clinical and non-clinical, with standard operating procedures and checklists. We also set and monitor monthly revenue targets for the centre.

Ongoing, not one-off

Operations and quality audits, employee training and technology upgrades continue for as long as the centre runs.
