What is the first step towards becoming a franchisee?
Contact the franchise team directly — call 788 000 3838 or write to info@clinicwala.com — or start from the Apply page on this website. Once we have your information you will be asked to complete a detailed Franchise Application Form, after which a team from ClinicWala meets you to discuss the business in detail and assess your ability to run a ClinicWala franchise.
How much would a ClinicWala franchise cost me?
We have flexible franchise models. For a ClinicWala Centre the initial setup cost is around ₹2–5 lakh for an area of roughly 500–2000 sq ft, and can go higher case by case. If you already have space or a shop, the cost reduces significantly.
How long does it take to open?
After the formal agreement is signed it normally takes about 4–5 weeks to set up and start operations, depending on how ready the centre is.
When can I break even?
It varies from centre to centre. It depends on your overheads, your operating costs and how the business performs — so anyone who gives you a single confident number for this is guessing.
What are the revenue streams, and what can I expect to earn?
A clinic earns broadly from three services: pathology, telemedicine consultations and the healthcare referral program. What that adds up to depends on your location, your footfall and how the centre is run, so we do not publish an income figure — ask the franchise team to walk you through the numbers for your specific town.
Do I need a licence to open a franchise?
No, but you do need to sign the formal legal agreement.
Where are you offering franchises?
Our approach is pan-India and applications are welcome from anywhere. The operating network today is centred on Bihar — that is where our existing e-clinics run. If you are elsewhere, still ask: the network is expanding.
Do I need a medical background?
No. Prior medical experience is desirable but not mandatory. The franchise programme is designed to support a new franchisee across every area of operations.
Do you provide business support?
Yes, from the setup phase onward — designing the centre, fit-outs, fixtures, equipment, staff recruitment and training, and day-to-day operations once you are running.
How is advertising handled?
ClinicWala runs digital promotion centrally, and gives you guidelines and head-office support for local advertising and promotion around your centre.
What does ClinicWala charge as fees?
An Initial License Fee at the time of signing the agreement. That licence is valid for three years — the tenure of the License Agreement — and can be renewed. As a royalty, ClinicWala may charge a percentage of the clinic’s turnover, payable monthly. The Initial License Fee and Operating License Fee may be revised at ClinicWala’s discretion.
