How a consultation actually works

Booking happens in the ClinicWala patient app, where your prescriptions and records live. It takes about a minute the first time.

    Open the app

    Register with your mobile number, or sign in if you already have an account.

  2. 02

    Pick your doctor and a time

    Choose from the available slots. You will see the fee before you confirm.

  3. 03

    Pay

    By ClinicWala wallet or payment gateway. Confirmation arrives with your appointment details.

  4. 04

    Join the video call

    Open the app a few minutes early on a device with a camera. Upload reports beforehand if you have them.

  5. 05

    Get your prescription

    Downloadable as a PDF after the consultation, and kept in your health record.
