Our diet consultation module is designed to be easy to use and to give the guidance that actually matters to your health. Diet is an important part of the treatment process, and it is the part most often ignored — with real consequences.
Diet consultation and planning means working with an experienced dietitian or nutritionist to build a meal plan that suits your own needs and goals, rather than a plan copied from someone else’s body.

Why plan your diet with ClinicWala
Free to start
The consultation module comes with the platform; a dietitian’s personal review is charged separately, shown before you book.
Built on Indian food
Plans work in dal, roti, sabzi and rice, not ingredients your kitchen has never seen.
A real nutrition library
Look up the foods you cook with and see what they actually contain.
Recipes, not just rules
A recipe collection so the plan turns into dinner instead of a printout on the fridge.
Condition-aware
Guidance changes with what you are managing — sugar, blood pressure, weight, pregnancy.
Checked by a dietitian
A qualified dietitian or nutritionist reviews the plan so it fits your needs and goals.
How diet consultation works
- 01
Tell us about you
Age, weight, what you are managing, and what a normal day’s food looks like.
- 02
Get your plan
The module builds guidance around your answers — in portions, not percentages.
- 03
Cook from the library
Look foods up, pick recipes, and swap what you don’t like for something equivalent.
- 04
Review and adjust
Check the plan with a dietitian, and change it as your reports and weight change.
Frequently asked questions
Does the diet consultation cost anything?
The diet consultation module is free to use. Paid dietitian time, where you want a plan reviewed or built with a professional, is charged separately and the fee is shown before you book.
Will I be told to eat food I have never cooked?
No. The plans are built around ordinary Indian household food. If a suggestion does not suit your kitchen, your region or your budget, it can be swapped for something nutritionally equivalent.
Can it help with diabetes or high blood pressure?
Diet guidance is a support to treatment, not a replacement for it. It can be tailored to what you are managing, but it works alongside your doctor’s advice and medication — never instead of it.
Do I get to speak to an actual dietitian?
Yes. The automated module gives you the starting plan; an experienced dietitian or nutritionist can then review it and personalise it to your specific needs and goals.
Is the plan linked to my health record?
Your ClinicWala record holds your consultations and lab reports, so the diet guidance can be set against real numbers — your sugar, your lipid profile — rather than guesswork.
