Do you collect samples at home?
Yes. In covered areas a trained phlebotomist visits your home to collect the sample at your booked slot. You can also give your sample at the nearest ClinicWala e-clinic or collection centre.
How reliable are the labs?
Testing runs through our I-Path laboratory network — state-of-the-art equipment from reputed manufacturers and standardised operating procedures across haematology, biochemistry, microbiology, molecular/genetics, cytology, histopathology and more. The lab vertical is operated as janchwala.com.
What happens after the report arrives?
The consultation should not be the end of the journey, and neither is the report. Results are automatically flagged — normal, borderline, high, low — and stay connected to your health timeline. Your doctor reviews them in context; prescriptions can link to medicine ordering through the connected DawaiWala pharmacy; and reminders support re-assessment and follow-up. Diagnosis, medicines, follow-up and the record stay one connected journey.
How do I pay for a lab test?
At checkout, pay through your ClinicWala Wallet or the payment gateway — UPI, credit/debit cards, net-banking, Paytm or QR code. You receive a confirmation on WhatsApp or SMS once payment is processed.
How do I get my report?
You’re notified on WhatsApp when the report is generated. Log in on the website or app, open “Path Orders” and tap “View Report” — from there you can download, print or share it with a secure link.
Can I track my order?
Yes. The “Path Orders” section shows every order with its live status, invoices and printable receipts. If a payment is pending, you can complete it right there.
