AI-powered healthcare

Medical Network Pvt. Ltd. builds AI for its healthcare platform — risk prediction, diet consultation, epidemic intelligence. All of it decision support for registered doctors; none of it a replacement.

ClinicWala’s parent company, Medical Network Pvt. Ltd., applies artificial intelligence across its platform — from an individual patient’s risk profile to population-level disease surveillance.

One rule holds everywhere: the AI is a decision-support tool. Its outputs inform a registered medical practitioner or public health authority; they never replace one.

Turning health data into meaningful insights

Six places AI does real work on this platform. In every one of them a registered practitioner reviews, decides and signs — the AI organises, it does not diagnose.

  1. Interface mock-up: screening results feeding into a consolidated health overview with a score

    AI health analysis

Converts multiple screening results into one consolidated health overview a clinician can read at a glance.

  2. Interface mock-up: a trend analysis chart beside risk indicators for heart disease, diabetes and hypertension

    Risk and trend insights

Uses available health information and history to highlight relevant trends and potential risk indicators.

  3. Interface mock-up: a diet plan with daily calories, goal and a recommended plan

    AI diet planning

Generates personalised diet recommendations from the patient’s own health profile, not a generic chart.

  4. Interface mock-up: a patient profile beside an AI summary listing key risks and recent findings

    AI doctor assistance

Gives the doctor structured patient information — score, key risks, recent findings — before the consultation starts.

  5. Interface mock-up: a digital prescription listing medicines with dosage, the doctor’s registration number and a QR code

    Prescription assistance

Supports doctors in preparing accurate, legible digital prescriptions carrying their name, registration number and signature.

  6. Interface mock-up: a voice prompt asking “How can I help you?” with language options listed below

    Voice interaction

Hands-free, multilingual interaction — English, Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Telugu, Marathi, Tamil and more.

Risk prediction

Disease prediction by IoT and AI

Medical Network Pvt. Ltd. uses artificial intelligence and IoT-enabled medical devices to analyse patient health data and identify potential disease risks at an early stage. By integrating vital signs, clinical parameters, symptoms and diagnostic information, the platform generates health insights and preliminary risk assessments that support preventive care and clinical decision-making.

These AI-generated predictions are decision-support tools only. They must always be reviewed, interpreted and confirmed by a registered medical practitioner before any diagnosis or treatment is made.

Personalised nutrition

AI-based diet consultation

The company has developed an AI-powered diet consultation system that gives personalised nutritional recommendations based on a person’s symptoms, medical history, pathology reports, diagnosed conditions, lifestyle and health goals.

It is designed specifically for the hard case: patients with multiple coexisting diseases. The platform analyses potential dietary interactions, nutritional requirements and clinical priorities to produce balanced, evidence-informed recommendations.

The recommendations support healthy lifestyle management. They complement — not replace — the advice of a registered medical practitioner or qualified dietitian, particularly for people with complex medical conditions.

Doctor workflow

AI beside the doctor

The platform also assists the doctors themselves. Ahead of a consultation it assembles a structured patient summary — health score, key risks, recent findings and recommendations drawn from the record — so the doctor starts from organised information instead of a stack of readings.

During prescribing, AI-assisted preparation supports clinical documentation and digital prescription workflows: accurate, legible, easy-to-share prescriptions carrying the doctor’s name, registration number and signature.

In every one of these workflows the AI drafts and organises; the registered medical practitioner reviews, decides and signs. The clinician stays in control.

Accessibility

Voice interaction, in the patient’s language

Much of rural India meets technology by speaking to it, not typing at it. The platform is built for voice-enabled, multilingual interaction — supporting languages including English, Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Telugu, Marathi and Tamil — so a screening or a consultation can be guided hands-free, in the language the patient actually speaks.

Disease surveillance

Epidemic intelligence & early warning

Medical Network Pvt. Ltd. works with government agencies, NGOs, public health institutions and other organisations to analyse population health data, disease patterns, demographic trends, environmental factors and community health indicators.

On that foundation the company is developing an AI-powered epidemic intelligence platform and early-warning system. It integrates anonymised population health data, disease trends, clinical symptoms, pathology reports, IoT-enabled health data, environmental and climatic factors and demographic information to detect unusual patterns and predict potential outbreaks.

Using machine learning, predictive analytics and geospatial intelligence, the system generates timely risk alerts and actionable insights — supporting governments, NGOs and public health agencies in epidemic preparedness, targeted interventions, resource allocation and disease containment. It is built to complement epidemiological investigations and official public health assessments, helping authorities respond proactively to emerging threats.
