At ClinicWala, he leads the organisation's overall vision and strategy, with a strong focus on using technology to overcome real healthcare-access challenges in rural and underserved communities. His work brings together business, technology and community-oriented thinking to build healthcare models that can operate sustainably at scale.

An IIM Calcutta alumnus, Prakash brings more than four decades of management experience across Real Estate, IT, ITES, Telecom, Infrastructure and FMCG, including Business Head and Profit Centre responsibilities and the execution of large greenfield projects.
At ClinicWala, he brings this experience to operational planning, organisational scale, partnerships and execution — helping translate the company's healthcare vision into disciplined, sustainable operations across markets.

Dr. Anju Prasad is Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of ClinicWala and provides the clinical perspective behind the platform's healthcare services.
With training in medicine, gynaecology and family health, she helps ensure that technology remains grounded in practical patient care. Her role spans clinical guidance, care protocols, quality standards and patient-safety considerations across ClinicWala's growing ecosystem of consultations, diagnostics and assisted healthcare services.
She brings an important family-health and patient-centred perspective to the leadership team, helping bridge the gap between what technology can enable and what patients and clinicians actually need.

Manwarjit brings more than two decades of hands-on experience in software development, digital platforms and healthcare technology.
At ClinicWala, he leads technology and product architecture across telemedicine, digital health records, e-clinic operations, pharmacy and diagnostic workflows, connected medical devices and healthcare interoperability initiatives including ABDM.
His focus is on converting complex healthcare processes into dependable, practical and scalable systems that can be used by doctors, clinic teams and patients in real-world settings across India.
