Whole grain pancakes are a healty and nutritious spin on the traditional pancake recipe. Whole grain pancakes have more fiber, vitamins, and minerals since they are produced with whole wheat flour or a combination of whole grain flours.

Ingredients

1 cup Whole grain flour
1/2 cup Regular flour
2 teaspoon Brown sugar
2 tbsp Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Of Salt
1 ½ cup Milk
2 large egg
2 tbsp of Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of Vanilla extract

Procedure

Whisk together the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing basin.
In a separate mixing dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla essence. Combine thoroughly.
Mix the wet and dry ingredients together until barely mixed. Avoid overmixing.
Warm a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Scoop 1/4 cup of the batter onto the pan for each pancake.
Cook the pancakes for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
Toppings such as fresh fruit, maple syrup, or whipped cream are optional.
