Blueberry oats are a healthy and tasty breakfast or snack cooked with blueberries and oats. The oats and blueberries combine to make a filling and substantial dish. It contains Vitamins C, E, K, and B-Complex.

Ingredients

60g porridge oats (Jaee)
160g yogurt (Dahi)
175g / 1 ¾ cups of blueberries
1 tablespoon of honey (shahad)

Procedure

Put the oats (jaee) in a pan with 400ml of water
Heat and stir for about 2 minutes.
Remove from the heat and add a third of the yogurt.
Tip the blueberries into a pan with the honey (shahad) and 1 tablespoon of water.
Gently poach until the blueberries are tender.
Spoon the porridge into bowls and add the remaining yogurt (dahi) and blueberries.
