Ingredients

1 orange, plus zest
1-2 carrots Juice
1 avocado, stoned, peeled, and sliced
1 tablespoon of olive oil (Jaitoon ka tel)
35g / 1 ½ cups of rocket / arugula (gargeer)

Procedure

Take the carrots, arugula, and avocado in a bowl.
Add a segment from one orange to it.
Whisk together the orange juice, zest, and oil.
Toss through the salad and season.
