The fresh and nutritious Broccoli and Capsicum Salad will ignite your health. Broccoli is high in vitamins A, C, and K, as well as fiber, whereas capsicum is high in vitamin C and antioxidants.

Nutritional values

Ingredients

½ cup of broccoli
½ cup of capsicum (red and yellow)
¼ cup tomatoes, chopped
¼ cup of cucumber, chopped
½ cup of cabbage, chopped
2 teaspoon flax seeds (alasi), roasted
For dressing:
1 tablespoon of olive oil (Jaitoon ka tel)
½ teaspoon dried mixed herbs
2 teaspoon of lemon juice
Salt to taste
Freshly grounded black pepper (kali mirch powder) to taste

Procedure

Take all the vegetables in a bowl.
Add flax seeds (alasi), olive oil (Jaitoon ka tel), dried mixed herbs, salt, and black pepper (kali mirch) to it.
Mix it well.
Squeeze lemon on the top.
