Remedies For
Diuretic, demulcent.
Pellitory of the Wall may be used in the treatment of any inflammation of the urinary tract and especially where soothing of inflammation is needed. Used for cystitis and pyelitis. It is a good general diuretic which is used to relieve water retention where it is due to kidney-based causes. Used in the treatment of kidney stone or gravel.
Combinations : It combines well with Parsley Piert, Buchu, Bearberry or Juniper.
Dosage
Infusion: pour a cup of boiling water onto 1-2 teaspoonfuls of the dried herb and leave to infuse for 10-l5 minutes. This should be drunk three times a day.
Tincture: Take 1-2 ml of the tincture three times a day.
