Ingredients

500 grams Beef, thinly sliced
2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Cornflour
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 Sliced onion
2 Minced garlic cloves
2 cup cut-up mixed veggies (such as carrots, broccoli, bell peppers, and snow peas)
Salt
Black Pepper
1 teaspoon of Sesame oil
Cooked rice

Procedure

In a medium bowl, mix together the beef, cornstarch, and soy sauce until well combined.
In a wok or big frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over high heat.
Stir-fry the beef in the pan for 2-3 minutes, or until it's browned on all sides. Set the steak aside after removing it from the pan.
Stir-fry the onion and garlic for 1-2 minutes, or until the onion is transparent.
Stir-fry the mixed vegetables in the pan for 3-4 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
Return the beef to the pan and cook for another minute, or until it is cooked through and warm.
Season with salt, pepper, and sesame oil (if using), and stir well.
Serve immediately with cooked rice on the side.
