Ingredients 12

  • paneer (about 250 g)
  • 1 cup Thick Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger paste
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • Skewers

Method

  1. Cut the paneer into equal-sized cubes.
  2. Combine the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, salt, lemon juice, and oil in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the paneer cubes to the bowl and gently toss to coat evenly with the marinade.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours, after wrapping the bowl in plastic wrap.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
  6. Place the skewers on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the paneer is lightly browned and the edges are somewhat crispy.
  8. Bake for a further 8-10 minutes, or until the paneer is completely cooked.
  9. Serve immediately with mint chutney and enjoy!
