Ingredients

paneer (about 250 g)
1 cup Thick Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon Ginger paste
1 tablespoon Garlic paste
1 tablespoon Red chili powder
1 teaspoon of ground coriander
½ teaspoon Cumin powder
½ teaspoon Garam masala powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon oil
Skewers

Procedure

Cut the paneer into equal-sized cubes.
Combine the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, salt, lemon juice, and oil in a mixing bowl.
Add the paneer cubes to the bowl and gently toss to coat evenly with the marinade.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours, after wrapping the bowl in plastic wrap.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
Place the skewers on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the paneer is lightly browned and the edges are somewhat crispy.
Bake for a further 8-10 minutes, or until the paneer is completely cooked.
Serve immediately with mint chutney and enjoy!
