Ingredients

¼ cup of rice
½ teaspoon of ghee
½ teaspoon of cumin seeds
3 cup of water
Salt to taste

Procedure

Heat the ghee in the pressure cooker.
Add cumin seeds.
When the seeds start crackling, add rice, salt, and water.
Mix well
Close the lid and let it cook up to 5 whistles.
Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.
Whisk the mixture well.
Cook slowly for 4-5 minutes, till a thick consistency is obtained.
