Ingredients

1 ½ cup of Cauliflower (Gobi), chopped
2 cup of dried fenugreek leaves (Kasuri methi)
1 cup of milk
1 ½ cup of green peas, boiled
2 tablespoon of oil
½ teaspoon of sugar
½ teaspoon of garam masala
Salt to taste
1-2 of green chillies, chopped

Procedure

Soak fenugreek leaves (methi) in enough water for 30 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add in the leaves (methi) and milk.
Mix well and cook for 5 minutes with occasional stirring till the mixture is completely dry.
Add sugar, chilli, salt, and mix well.
Cook for a minute with occasional stirring.
Add cauliflower and cook for 2 minutes.
Add peas and garam masala.
Cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes with occasional stirring.
