Ingredients

1 tablespoon of olive oil (Jaitoon ka tel)
120g tomatoes, chopped
½ watermelon, cut into chunks
100g Indian cottage cheese (Paneer), crumbled
1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar (Siraka)
1 tablespoon of chopped mint (Pudina)

Procedure

For the dressing, mix the oil, vinegar (siraka), and mint (pudina).
Now season.
Put the tomatoes and watermelon into a bowl.
Pour over the dressing, add the Indian cottage cheese (paneer), and serve.
