Ingredients

¼ cup of black millet (bajra)
¼ cup of whole green gram (moong)
½ cup of green peas
½ cup of onions, finely chopped
1 cup of tomatoes, chopped
1 teaspoon of garlic paste (Lehsun paste)
½ teaspoon of ginger paste (Adarak paste)
½ teaspoon of turmeric (Haldi)
2 teaspoon of oil
1 teaspoon of cumin seeds (Jeera)
½ teaspoon of green chilli paste
Salt to taste

Procedure

Soak black millets (bajra) and whole green gram (moong) separately in enough water for 5 hours and drain well.
Take a cup of water in a pressure cooker.
Add black millets (bajra), whole green gram (moong), green pea, and salt to it.
Mix well and pressure cook for 5 whistles.
Now, heat the oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds to it.
As the seeds crackles, add onions and cook for a minute.
Add in tomatoes, ginger paste (Adarak paste), garlic paste (lehsun paste), green chillies, turmeric powder (haldi), and mix well.
Cook on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes with occasional stirring.
Add in the mixture prepared in the pressure cooker, ¼ cup of water and mix well.
Allow it to cook for 2-3 minutes with occasional stirring.
