Egg salad is a dish in which hard-boiled eggs are the main ingredient. Eggs are considered to be high in a variety of vitamins and minerals. Vitamins A, D, E, B vitamins, and choline are all needed.

Ingredients

2 of eggs, boiled
⅛ tablespoon of dry mustard (Sarson/Rai)
½ stalk of celery (Ajmod) stalk (Ajmoda), chopped fine
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1/2 tea spoon of chaat masala

Procedure

Take the cooked eggs into a bowl.
Break them into small pieces.
Add dry mustard (sarson), stalk celery (ajmoda), chaat masala, and mayonnaise to it.
Mix well.
You can also spread them on bread or crackers if you wish.
